General Terms and Conditions


Our goal is to provide excellent service to each client in a timely manner. This policy serves as our commitment towards that end and is designed to maintain efficiency in scheduling, provide clarity regarding our service level agreement, and to foster an environment of respect and courtesy for all clients and the Skinful Tattoo Removal Team.

Cancellation of an appointment

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice so we can make time available to other clients.

How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call our office at (254) 213-0905, or log into Skinful Mobile (Click Here for iOS Users) (Click Here for Android Users. If you cannot reach a member of our team please leave a detailed message in our voicemail, including your name, appointment date and time. For a return call to reschedule your appointment, please let us know the best time to return your call.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Any appointment for which you arrive more than 20 minutes late for, without calling ahead of time will be marked in your client record. On your 3rd subsequent late arrival, your client record will reflect a $25 fee, due before the following treatment is performed. Late cancellations are defined as cancelling your appointment less than the 24-hour required notice. Late cancellations will also be marked in your client record. Each client will be granted one courtesy late cancellation, however, on your 2nd subsequent late cancellation, your client record will reflect a fee equal to 20% of the service you're scheduled for, due before the following treatment is performed.

No-Show Policy

A No-Show is defined as missing an appointment without notice. No shows inconvenience clients who wish to start or continue treatment during the time that was reserved for you. Any No-Show appointments will be marked in your client record. Your client record will reflect a fee equal to 20% of the service you’re scheduled for, due before the following treatment is performed.

Child Supervision in Clinic

Children are welcome in our facility; however, we regret that members of the Skinful Removal Team are unable to supervise children during treatments for both health and safety reasons and for insurance purposes. We recommend that you do not bring your children along to your appointment unless they are supervised by another adult. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments. Skinful Tattoo Removal is committed to providing you a superior client experience and operate under the highest levels of honesty and integrity; however, Aesthetics is not an exact science and results will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made are for services rendered - not for a specific result. However, we will always strive to achieve the absolute best results possible.

Treatment & Packages

All service packages pre-paid treatments and have an expiration date from the date of purchase as follows:

·   3 Treatment Pack - 12 months

·   6 Treatment Pack - 24 months

·   9 Treatment Pack - 36 months

·   Complete Removal Package - 48 months

 *Laser Hair Removal Memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation.

To avoid abuse of special discounting with treatment/service packages, refunds on remaining un-used treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price.

Products

We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly - the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skincare product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable.

Rights Reserved

Skinful Tattoo Removal will communicate policy changes, in advance, whenever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.

We LOVE having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
